To divert calls without the phone, you would need to have the phone number of the line to be forwarded, the personal identification number given by the service provider upon registration, the feature code given by the service provider, and the number to forward the calls to.

- Call the Remote Access Directory Number provided by the person’s service provider
- Enter the person’s phone number, then enter the personal identification number given to the person upon registration with the service provider
- Next, type in the 2-digit feature code given by the provider
